Your First Visit
How a first visit unfolds.
From the moment you reach out to the moment you leave and beyond.
Booking
Your first contact with Lubov is on WhatsApp. Our receptionist will speak with you, understand your concern, and arrange your first visit.
Arrival
You will be welcomed at the door, offered a drink, and invited to leave your shoes at the entrance. The visit begins the moment you step in.
Consultation
You will sit with one of our in-house doctors who will listen to your concern and assess what you need. We listen first. Only after do we recommend anything.
Treatment
Your first visit is typically 60 to 90 minutes. The treatment is delivered in one of our private rooms, with the same care that was promised in the consultation.
Aftercare
You leave with what you need. And you do not leave us — we follow up with every guest, because the work continues after you walk out the door.
